Swim 1750 Anerobic Endurance, I cut a little short cuz I was running late.



warm up 300yds

4X50 build (All 50's on 1:00 Swim Interval)

2X50 fast

1X50 easy

3X50 fast

1X50 easy

4X50 fast

cool down 700yds



Run 12 miles 1:43:33 HR 154

HR was screwy for the first 2 miles so I omitted them, warm 85 degrees and sunny.
