FRIDAY swim workout #2B

SATURDAY 70 mile ride

SUNDAY 8 mile run (include 6 x 3:00 hard/3:00 easy)





Wednesday Run:

3 miles easy

3 miles tempo

2 miles easy

3 miles tempo

1 mile easy
