HR was really low today as well as PE, Don't really know why, maybe it's cuz I was well rested.



Swim 3400 Endurance speed

900 warm up (300S,200K,100S,12X25 :10RI)

4X450 as:

---300 swim moderate

---2X75 on 1:20

400 kick (100 easy, 200 moderate, 100 easy)

100 cool down

200 backstroke drills
