Swim 3500yds 1:10 fun workout for me to get me back into the swimming routine.

---200 swim moderate

---100 kick (work on different kicks)

---100 fast (shooting for uner 1:25)

---1:00 rest then repeat



6X50 odds non-free

200 cool down
