I reduced my run volume last week but really didn't mean too. I'm starting my taper for the HIM this sunday a little later than I normally do. I feel I've tapered too much in the past. I will do less this week than normal but still will have some training effect.
Swim 2200 SCY
400 warm up
300 pull
6X100 base intervals on 1:35
6X100 hard (1:18 to 1:21) with 1:00 rest
300 cool down
