Easier ride with Amy C. A bit chilly and breezy.
Run right afterwards
6.2 miles 50:38 - First 5K easier, second 5K under M pace
No long run today cuz I'm trying a new plan and have moved my long run to sunday. I'll try that for a few weeks and see how I feel. One of the reasons I'm doing it is cuz I'm pretty toasted after my wednesday run and can't get a quality workout in 'till friday when I am time constrained.
