Lunch swim

I haven't done this in a while during lunch.  I'll need more time the next time I do it and then just work over to cover it.

Swim 2300 meters
400 warm up
300 pull (concentrate on stroke)
6X200 with :10 rest (on 3:45)
4X100 with :05 rest (on 1:40)

I didn't get to finish cuz I ran out of time, the rest of the workout was:
another 3X100
400 cool down
