Monday 8/25

Run 5.2 miles on the Hilly route at lunch. Uneventfull, a little tired so I didn't push any of the hills, kept training stress down a bit and made the run just junk miles.

Swim 3050 meters at LTF Commerce

400 warm up
300 pull
7X150 quick :15 rest
8X100 Base intervals :10 rest
12X25 kick :07 to :10 rest
200 cool down

Felt fairly strong and motivated knowing I was done for the day when the swim was done.
