Swim got cut a little short

200 warm up
5X200 (Pull, IM, Free, IM, Pull)
3X100 Kick
200 back working on rotation and balance
200, 150, 100, 50 back :15 rest
12X25 sprints
200 cool down

Thursday
Run 6.35 miles in 54 minutes HR 138
New shoes to try out, Mizuno Wave Precision 8.  So far they are OK, we'll see more when I've got 100 miles on them.
