Very strong and fast. Maybe it's because I'm not running or biking or maybe because I've been putting in a lot of laps in the pool lately. Whatever it is, I've got to keep doing it. My kick for breaststroke and butterfly have gotten a lot better, Amy and Vince would be proud.

600 warm up (200S,200K,200Pw/paddles)
300 on 5:45
400 on 7:40
500 on 9:35
400 on 7:40
300 on 5:45
100 kick (alternate freestyle, dolphin, freestyle, whip)
300 pull with paddles (concentrate on hand entry)
100 kick (alternate freestyle, dolphin, freestyle, whip)
200 Cool down
After the swim I put 40 min on the bike trainer.
