500 warm up (SKIPS)
15X100 on 1:45 comming in under 1:25
250 cool down
Going to start making Monday my long distance day, Tuesday my off-stroke or fun day and Friday will be my short distance day. Saturday will still be my hardest day while swimming with FAST.
